Correctness Of Co-Operative Activities In The Arising Virtual Information Environment

The case of using virtual information environment in designed activities. Conclusion – Classification of further cases of activity transformations in the virtual information environment.

Structures of new virtual organizations are not exactly physical feature of enterprises co-operation but they are described by features of new organizations. Human participation still increases. It depends on creating intellectual resources and on this base on the subjective human participation in organization activities. Appeared questions concern the role of personal factors of human behaviour and factors of the organization conduct in the co-operation. Properties of global information systems settle foundations of creating and using data and knowledge resources. It should expect transformations in interdependences of co-operating human and organization. The question is about formulating two basic new paradigms of human and organization behaviour.

First behaviour paradigm can lead towards arrangement of co-operation foundations between organizations. There are determined economical behaviour foundations of organization and human in virtual information environment structures. One can speak about activities organization integrality (in mind of data bases integrality), represented in processes of appearing virtual information environment. Searching co-operation process description methods and assurance of their integrality in lawyer regulations, can depend on storing knowledge stated in the form of conditions settling organization co-operation foundations. These conditions can be described by means of special sentences or procedures of interpreting co-operation regulations. In the information environment one should expect behaviour controls of activities integrality. These problems are not simple, because specification of activities concerns co-operation about large scale of complexity. It includes actions of participants, interfaces between application architectures of various information systems, their states and rules, everything is treated as components of co-operative activities of new organization users using global information structures and multiplayer architectures of information environment applications.

Second behaviour paradigm can based on analysis of properties of intellectual resource and new work structures supported by the access for appearing virtual information environment, determine possibilities of information processes description in human interdependences. We can say about cohesion of human activities, represented in virtual information environment structures. The representation is not the simple problem because the specification of human activities includes their actions and processing in composed architectures of storing resources. The cohesion conduct of human activities can depend on storing knowledge stated in the form of conditions, including their general regulations of human co-operation. One can observe the co-operation record need in the information environment, that one can evidently value the human interdependence. The question is about arrangement of general regulations of human co-operation i.e. on the base of recording or even validation of chosen ethical factors concerning the co-operation (frankness, credibility etc.).

Between chosen various cases of organization transformations we take into consideration designed activities. In this general case one can appear various values of scientific and technological data. In conduct of designers one can observe possibility of efficient proposing of sampling solutions in virtual information environment structures. What’s more, there is a possibility of the global information process specification, which depends on the co-operation in open semi-direct communication based on experimental information centers for science and technology – OsDC-EIC.
