In China, management skill of corporation has been improved in the past two decades. However, in those middle and small businesses, a severe problem restricts the development and expansion of the company; that is the rule of men”, which overemphasizes the influence of “able person” and ignores the development of company system. In these companies, system approach is insufficient, so they are managed by sensing but not by knowledge, hunting “able person” to fulfill short-term achievement, demission of senior employees can impact business severely, etc. The basic reason of these problems is lack of an effective knowledge management system to constitute a flow process in the company.  As a result, the operation of company has to depend on company owner himself and able persons.  On the contrary, those successful international companies like GE and Motorola have a complete knowledge management system. By studying these successful companies and examining China companies’ actuality, this paper constructs a simple and effective knowledge management platform for knowledge creation, transformation and dissemination. This system is also a self adaptive closed cycle operation system in the company. In addition to a practice of this system in a China’s company, the framework of knowledge management platform can be applied in many companies.
