The Application of
Attribute Synthesis Appraisal Method
in Region Economy Operation Monitor System
Abstract:The
prewarning of macroeconomy is based on realistic or macroscopical economic
indicator that predicts, merge the current or prospective economic running
situation into the comprehensive indicator, use the signs similar to a group of
traffic control signals-red, blue and green, to judge the group of
comprehensive indicator. The traditional warning signal system is designed to
choose a group of sensitive early warning indicators which reflecting the
economic development status, by which give different signals, judge the economic
system’s current status and future development trend through observing the
change of the signals.
Because
of nonlinearity and uncertainty of the macroeconomy system, how to study the
non-linear problem in the macroeconomy systems and how to organically incorporate
the experience that the economic expert has accumulated for many years in the
study on economic trend in the future, is a problem to be solved in economic
prewarning and even in the macroscopical economic research, and is a question
to correctly understand the complicated system. This paper proposes utilizing
attribute measurement theory to study the method of macroeconomy prewarning, and
verifies it by using the data in regional economical operation dynamic
monitoring system that a city set up.
